After our trip to Walmart, we decided to hang out at the pool for a little while. So we headed back to the condo to put on our swimming suits. It was a little cloudy, but perfect for laying out and swimming. It was still about 85 degrees outside. We then got ready for the play. After a quick bite to eat at Cafe' Rio, we headed out to Tuacahn. The play was so cute and I would highly recommend it. Especially if you have little girls. Also, Tuacahn is so cool. I have been there a few times before and I've been very impressed each time. Afterwards we went back to the condo and went to sleep. Saturday was rainy, so we decided it would be a great shopping day. We shopped til we dropped then headed to dinner at The Pizza Factory. We saw that there was a sneak peak for the movie, The Proposal, so we decided to get tickets and check it out. It was so funny. Some of the parts were a little too grown up for the little girls, but they loved it and so did we. After the movie we went back to the condo and decided to take a late night dip in the pool since we had about an hour and a half before it closed. I love swimming at night.
The next morning it was time to leave, so we started cleaning the condo and washing the bedding. While our last load was finishing up, we went to breakfast at The Bear Paw Cafe'. It's so yummy and if you are ever in St. George, GO THERE!!! It's worth the wait. While we were at breakfast Cindy and I both commented on how we could use another day at the pool and another chilled out night of watching movies and pigging out on pizza and popcorn. Neither one of us had obligations on Monday, so we decided to make it happen. We called our husbands, who were more than willing to let us stay even though it meant a minor shuffling around of the kids who stayed home. So it was set, we were staying another day and night and Abbi and Pieper couldn't have been happier. We got back from breakfast and headed to the pool for 5 1/2 hours!!! That night we loaded up on treats and got pizza for dinner.
It was such a fun trip and I can't wait to do it again! Thanks girls for making it a great little vacation!
Last weekend my friend Cindy and I planned a little getaway for us and our girls, Pieper and Abbi. We decided to get out of this crappy weather we've been having and head for sunny St. George. We got tickets to go see Annie at Tuacahn as well. My awesome friend, Rilla, graciously loaned us her condo for the weekend which saved us TONS of money. We decided to head down a day earlier than planned. So we left Thursday afternoon after Jeff got home from work and arrived in St. George at about 9:00. We hit the condo to hurry and unpack and headed to the grocery store to buy some milk and cereal for breakfast the next morning. We woke up the next morning and decided a trip to Walmart was in order. I'm embarassed to say that we spent 2 1/2 hours at that evil place. We thought it was pretty funny how we walked around Walmart in St. George, when we have one about 5 minutes away from our house. The girls bought some fun make up and I walked away with way more than I needed (I took half of it back the day we left!)

how fun!! Love the pool at the condo. That is so funny because we also went to see Annie on Wed and we got home on sat. My girls loved the show!! You should have done Pirate Island that was really fun. Next time you go.
Looks so fun! My parents and sibs are going down to stay in Rilla's condo this weekend, I'm totally jealous! I LOVE Tuacon, what a great place to see a play.
