Our little Lacie is already one month and I really can't believe it's been that long since I had her. Part of me is sad. The other part of me loves when they get a little older and can start interacting more. I LOVE when they start to coo and smile. Although she's not quite smiling yet, other when she's dreaming, she has started to coo and talk to us a little bit. It's one of my favorite sounds right now.
Here are some things about Lacie:- She loves to cuddle. She's definitely our most snuggly baby.
- Sleeps well through the night. She only gets up once to eat and have her diaper changed and then it's off to dreamland again.
- Will follow us with her eyes when one of us walks across the room.
- Loves her swing. It's a quick fix for fussy time.
- Starting to like her binkie more and more.
- Is a good eater and will nurse or take a bottle. She doesn't seem to care as long as she's getting food.
- Loves bath time.
- Loves to be talked to.
- Doesn't like car rides very much. Pretty much screams her head off each and every time we are in the car; it's frustrating.
- Has captured each and every one of our hearts.
- Pretty sure this little one will get whatever she wants from any of us throughout her entire life. She's spoiled with a capital "S".
It's so much fun to have a baby in the house again, even though she is a lot of work. I really could hold her all day, and when I can't, she's usually being held by one of her sisters or her daddy. She's a joy and we're loving every minute of her (well except for maybe the car rides :))
